Hefner Grill has one of the most reputable private dining/meeting rooms in Oklahoma City. It is the only private dining room with a beautiful view of Lake Hefner. We have a wide variety of amenities consisting of audio/visual projection with laptop computer connection, as well as a wireless microphone system for your business meeting needs. The room is also equipped with a DVD system and cable television projection, which can be used for private parties such as viewing a big show or sports event. Our private dining room has recently been remodeled to give it a more professional, yet comfortable ambiance. We host a wide variety of groups, ranging from pharmaceutical sales meetings, business sales meetings, weddings and rehearsal dinners, and of course, holiday parties.

Menu Options

For parties of less than 25 we offer the option of an open menu, buffet, or set menu (3-5 items off of our dining room menu). For parties over 25 we offer either a buffet style or set menu (3-5 items off of our dining room menu), or a combination of both. Menus will be provided. We have a variety of dessert options available.

Separate Check Policy

At Hefner Grill we strive to create the best experience possible for the guest. In order to do this, there is a limit at which we can provide the option for separate checks.

For any party of 25 people or less we will be happy to provide the service of separate checks. In the event of a party larger than 25 people we require there to be only one check.

Alcohol

We have a fully stocked and serviced bar at Hefner Grill. You may choose from an open bar or limited bar (serve drinks only of your choice). A drink ticket option is also available to limit the number of drinks per guest.

Decorations/Flowers

Decorations/Flowers are allowed, but not provided. We will be happy to accept deliveries. Time will be allowed for set up.

Cancellation Policy

We adhere to a 1 week cancellation policy. When taking your reservation, we will require a credit card number to reserve the date. This card will be charged only in the event that you do not cancel your function within 1 week of the scheduled party.
